Lab Facilities

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering is equipped with modern, well-maintained laboratories that provide hands-on learning and practical experience for our students. Our facilities include:

• Electronics Circuits Laboratory – For experiments in basic and advanced electronic components and circuits.

• Digital Electronics Laboratory – For designing, testing, and implementing digital logic systems.

• Communication Laboratory – For studying analog, digital, and modern communication systems.

• Simulation Laboratory – For circuit simulation, system modeling, and virtual prototyping.

• Computer Hardware & Data Communication Laboratory – For hardware assembly, networking, and data transmission experiments.

• Programming Laboratory – For developing software skills, coding practice, and algorithm implementation.

• Electronic Tinkering Workshop – A creative space for innovation, prototyping, and project development.

• Microcontroller Laboratory – For programming, interfacing, and embedded system applications.

Activities & Events

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering actively encourages student participation in a variety of academic and co-curricular activities. Our Electronics & Communication Association – Tachyon serves as a vibrant platform for students to showcase their talents, exchange ideas, and stay updated with the latest trends in technology.

Under Tachyon, we organize numerous technical events such as workshops, seminars, paper presentations, project exhibitions, coding challenges, and technical quizzes, as well as non-technical events like cultural programs, games, debates, and community outreach initiatives.

Our department also plays an active role in Aura, the annual college tech fest, where students compete and collaborate in a range of innovative and skill-based events, attracting participants from various institutions.

These initiatives not only enhance technical competence but also foster teamwork, leadership skills, creativity, and a strong sense of community among students. Through Tachyon and Aura, our department ensures a balanced environment where learning is both engaging and inspiring.

Electronics & Communication Association – TACHYON

TACHYON is the student association of the ECE Department, promoting technical excellence, creativity, and teamwork through workshops, seminars, competitions, and cultural events. It also plays a key role in organizing department activities and the annual college tech fest Aura.
